Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our team and ensure smooth internal operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in administrative support, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. As an integral member of our team, the Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, handling documentation, coordinating internal processes, and supporting various departments to ensure business operations run seamlessly.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfilment.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with audits.
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and manage invoices.
  • Enter and update data in order and inventory systems.
  • Support quality control by tracking product inspections and returns.
  • Provide administrative support to management and teams as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or business management are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Additional Information:

  • Multiple positions are available in the back office, and the specific role will be offered during the interview round based on the candidate’s skills and experience.
