Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our team and ensure smooth internal operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in administrative support, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. As an integral member of our team, the Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, handling documentation, coordinating internal processes, and supporting various departments to ensure business operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with audits.
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and manage invoices.
- Enter and update data in order and inventory systems.
- Support quality control by tracking product inspections and returns.
- Provide administrative support to management and teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or business management are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
