Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return any unused jewelry items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

Please note that certain products, such as customized or personalized jewelry pieces, may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will carefully inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund processing time may vary based on your card issuer’s policies.
