About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in sales training, performance coaching,
and developing training modules that enhance sales productivity. As a Sales Trainer, you will
play a key role in upskilling new and existing sales team members through structured learning programs.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Trainer
- Design and develop comprehensive Sales Trainer modules, presentations, and learning materials.
- Conduct new hire sales training, refresher training, and process/product training.
- Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Collaborate with sales managers to align Sales Trainer programs with business goals.
- Facilitate role-plays, simulations, and practical sales activities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain detailed documentation of training progress and outcomes.
- Continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience working as a Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in creating and structuring sales training modules.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of tele sales, field sales, B2B/B2C sales processes.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and engage sales teams.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
