Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong experience in sales management, particularly in the jewelry industry, with a proven history of achieving targets and building client relationships. As a critical member of our leadership team, the Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to meet company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and trends to grow the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends to stay competitive and seize emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Graduates (B.Tech , BBA, MBA, B.COM) with an interest in the jewelry industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities.
  • Passion for the jewelry industry and commitment to quality and service.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Relocation & Travel Support: Candidates should be open to relocation if required. We provide accommodation, cover travel expenses for branch transfers (including flight tickets), and offer a dedicated cook as part of the relocation benefits.
