Sales Executive
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong experience in sales management, particularly in the jewelry industry, with a proven history of achieving targets and building client relationships. As a critical member of our leadership team, the Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to meet company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and trends to grow the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, wholesalers, and distributors.
Analyze sales data and market insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to align strategies with business goals.
Monitor industry trends to stay competitive and seize emerging opportunities.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Qualifications:
Graduates (B.Tech, BBA, MBA) with an interest in the jewelry industry are encouraged to apply.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and market knowledge.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: ₹3,50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum
- Relocation & Travel Support: Candidates should be open to relocation if required. We provide accommodation, cover travel expenses for branch transfers (including flight tickets).
